We are a collaborative of over thirty community organizations and community members, working together to build a system that ENDS homelessness in the City of La Crosse.  We know it’s possible and we know that, by working together,  we will achieve this goal.

The Project Manager’s role is to effectively manage the  work of the Collaborative, and work with member agencies and the community at large to end homelessness in the La Crosse area.  The Project Manager will supervise and coordinate outreach teams, providing structure, stability, and direction.  This individual will maintain information regarding homeless individuals, system performance, community resources, and facilitate housing/service matches.  Responsibilities also include creating and managing cloud based tools that show system performance and updates, and maintaining the Collaborative website.
